Who i am

My artist name is OctoMan and i am Unity Tutor, Indie Game Developer and Unity Asset Creator.
I create Video Tutorials to public on Youtube, Udemy and other websites.
I create Unity Assets which i’m selling here and other webplatforms.
I create small games mainly for Android using Unity as well.

What personal data i collect and why i collect them

Since i make use of several statistics plugins, to optimize usabily and content for you my customers, i currently collect the following data and how they are used specificaly:

WP Statistics Plugin: Doesn’t track any personal Informations. You can even Opt Out of these Statistics if you like.

Shop Plugin:

We collect information about you during the checkout process on our store. This information may include, but is not limited to, your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, credit card/payment details and any other details that might be requested from you for the purpose of processing your orders.
Handling this data also allows us to:
– Send you important account/order/service information.
– Respond to your queries, refund requests, or complaints.
– Process payments and to prevent fraudulent transactions. We do this on the basis of our legitimate business interests.
– Set up and administer your account, provide technical and/or customer support, and to verify your identity.

Additionally we may also collect the following information:
– Location and traffic data (including IP address and browser type) if you place an order, or if we need to estimate taxes and shipping costs based on your location.
– Product pages visited and content viewed while your session is active.
– Your comments and product reviews if you choose to leave them on our website.
– Account email/password to allow you to access your account, if you have one.
– If you choose to create an account with us, your name, address, and email address, which will be used to populate the checkout for future orders.

Social Media Plugin:

On our website we offer you the possibility to use so called “Social Media Buttons”. To protect your data, we use a solution called “Shariff”. Hereby the share buttons are implemented as static images, which contain a link to the corresponding social network site. If you click on such a button, you will be redirected to the respective social network site in the same way, as normal links would do as well. Only in that moment of time the provider of the social network site will get information about you, for example your IP address. If you do not click on such a share button, no data will be transmitted. Information about the collection and usage of your date on the social network sites can be found in the corresponding terms of use of the respective provider.

SSL Plugin:

Really Simple SSL and Really Simple SSL add-ons do not process any personal identifiable information, so the GDPR does not apply to these plugins or usage of these plugins on your website. You can find our privacy policy here.

Contact Form

By filling out the contact form you allow me to give you full support. I need data like your e-mail adress and your name so i’m able to contact you back. I will not use this data for marketing purposes. This data is not stored longer than 6 Month on my Email server. This data will just be stored temporarly in the system to forward the message to me.

I personally don’t share any personal data, as long as it is not requested by any laws.
